Easy Butter! Instructions:
- Cube 2 sticks of unsalted butter (1 cup olive oil), place in lower pot and add water.
- Place filter through butter/oil. Add finely chopped herb.
- Reassemble the unit, place it on the burner at medium heat.
- Cook until you begin seeing steam.
- Upper pot will contain the finished product. Pour into a container, remove the water mixture with an eyedropper.
